These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the GKD AI Website & Automation Solutions website and any services we provide to you.
1. Services
We provide AI website development, automation, AI chatbots, AI receptionists and related consulting services. The scope, deliverables and timelines for each engagement are set out in a written proposal or order confirmation.
2. Fees and payment
Prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. A deposit may be required before work begins.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, materials and timely feedback so we can deliver our services. Delays caused by missing client input may extend timelines.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of bespoke deliverables transfers to you, excluding any third-party assets and our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
